Clean Fuel Technologies LLC (or “CLEANFUEL”) is a venture capital, alternative technology Limited Liability Company which will acquire a 30% interest in TransEco Energy, an American Company that is pioneering the development and installation of technologies that will permit everyday automobiles to immediately convert from using gasoline as a fuel, to using natural gas or propane instead, or a “dual fuel” system combining the ability of an auto to operate on both gasoline or on natural gas or propane, with the mere flick of a dashboard switch. This proven technology can now be seen in Ford dealerships nationwide, and these cars are already available for immediate sale. The Company is also pioneering fully-automated natural gas fueling stations.
